Steak and Blue Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients
- Ciabatta bread
- 2 rib eye steaks, about 7oz each
- 4 oz Gorgonzola cheese, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cut ciabatta loaf in half and split each half horizonally.
Heat a griddle pan until hot. Brush the steaks wiht the olive oil and lay them on the griddle pan. Cook for 2 -3 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the steaks.
Remove the steaks from the pan and sset aside to rest for a few minutes. Cut them in half and place in the sandwich with the cheese. Season with salt and pepper, and serve.
