Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Wilkin and Sons, LTD lemon curd
  • 2 tablespoons strained fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon zest
  • 2 cups Stoneyfield Farm organic low fat vanilla yogurt

Preparation

Step 1

Puree lemon curd with lemon juice and zest in food processor or blender. Add yogurt and pulse until well incorporated, scraping down sides of processor bowl at least once. Pour into covered container and refrigerate for 2-3 hours, until thoroughly chilled.

When ready to make frozen yogurt, follow manufacturers instructions, mixing in electric ice cream maker for 20-30 minutes until mixture is quite thick.

Transfer to a tightly covered container and freeze for 2-3 hours until firm enough to scoop.

Makes about 8 (1/2 cup) servings.
