Ingredients
- Shake pan over low heat to dry. Mash and add:
- 3 lbs. white potatoes (pare and cook in salted water until fork-tender).
- Drain well.
- 4 tablespoon whipping cream
- 4 tablespoon butter.
- Mash well then rice potatoe. Do not refrigerate. Place in cool place overnight or until cool.

Step 1
Measure 2 cups of above mixture into bowl.
Add 2 tablespoon to 6 tablespoons flour and mix well with fork.
Turn out on floured pastry cloth and form a roll. Keep covered. Cut off pieces and roll out.
Bake on preheated 450 degree griddle to brown on one side. Turn and brown the other side.
Keep covered when done. When cool, freeze or refrigerate.
