Using Prestige Cook'N'Steam Steamer
Christmas 2012, I cooked carrots and brussels sprouts together for 5 minutes, then added a second layer of cauliflower for 12 minutes - they were perfect.

Fill bottom level of steamer with 1 litre of water.
Cover and set dial to 10 and bring to a boil.
When boiling reduce temperture to 4.

Wash, and cut an x in the core, if necessary.
Insert the steaming rack in a steamer insert.
Place vegetables on the rack.
