Step 1
Use a ratio of 1 1/2 C water for every 1 C of rice
Bring rice & water to a boil uncovered. Then, put the lid on the pot and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit, covered, for at least another 10 minutes. Remove lid and fluff.
