Ingredients

  • 1 loaf sliced bread (it's better to take bran or any kind of spongy bread)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable or olive oil for frying

Preparation

Step 1

Beat the eggs in a deep bowl.
Add the milk and salt, whisk well.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and pour some oil there (add more oil if necessary while frying).
Dip each bread slice into the egg mixture and send to the frying pan.
Fry them 2-3 min on each side until golden.
