Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 packages crescent rolls
  • 2 T melted butter
  • 8 T brown sugar
  • 8 tsp. preserves (any flavor)
  • 1/2 c powdered sugar
  • 1 T fresh orange juice

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Stir until smooth and creamy. Separate dough into 8 triangles. Spread melted butter over dough. Sprinkle each with 1 T brown sugar. Roll up from long side and pinch edges to seal. Holding one end coil into a circle. Spread out dough to make room in middle for filling. Place on cookie sheet. Top each roll with 2 T cream cheese mixture and 1 T preserves. Bake 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Combine powdered sugar and orange juice until smooth and drizzle over the top.
