Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- salt and pepper
- 1 Can Campbell's onion soup
- 1 Can water
- 1/2 C celery, chopped
- 1/4 tsp thyme, crushed
- 1/2 C rice

Step 1
Brown chops in Crisco, oil or Pam in skillet. Pour off fat. Season w/ salt and pepper. Mix soup and water and add to chops along w/ celery and thyme. Cover and simmer 30 min. Stir in rice. Cover and cook 20 mor min or until rice and chops are tender.
