  • 2 T butter
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 3/4 lb sliced roast beef from deli
  • 1/3 c beef broth
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tubes crescent rolls
  • 4 slices swiss cheese

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375.

In a large skillet, sauté onion and pepper in butter over med heat until they become soft and transparent.

Coarsely chop roast beef and add to mix.

Stir for about 2-3 min or until beef is hot. Add broth and cream cheese, stirring until cream cheese is melted and coats the beef. Remove from the heat.

Separate the crescent dough into triangles and press flat. Cut cheese and lay strips on each triangle.

Scoop about 2 T beef mix over each triangle and roll up and pinch sides so nothing leaks out.

Place rolls on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 10-13 min or until golden brown.
