Ingredients
- 4 yukon gold potatoes
- 3 jalepeno pepper diced, no seeds
- 1 can black olives diced
- 12 oz cheddar cheese shredded
- Salsa and Sour Cream for serving

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Wash potatoes and slice each horizontally into 4 pieces.
Place onto baking dish and cover each with cheese, jalepeno, and olives
Bake for 15 minutes or until you can prick each with fork easily.
Serve with Salsa and sourcream
