Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 6 tbsp. cocoa
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- Mix together then add ¾ cup cooking oil, 2 tbsp. vinegar, 2 tsp. vanilla, 2 cups cold water. Mix; don’t beat!!

Pour into ungreased 13 X 9 pan and bake in oven at 360deg. For 40 minutes.
Good even unfrosted!!!!
