MOLASSES COOKIES

Ingredients
- 12 oz. (1 1/2 cup) MARGARINE - melted
- 14 oz. (2 cup) SUGAR
- 5 1/2 oz. (1/2 cup) MOLASSES
- 2 EGGS
- 4 tsp. BAKING SODA
- 20 oz. (4 cup) FLOUR
- 2 tsp. CINNAMON
- 1 tsp. CLOVES
- 1 tsp. GINGER
- 1 tsp. SALT
- EXTRA SUGAR TO ROLL DOUGH IN

Preparation
Step 1
Melt margarine.
Combine sugar, molasses and eggs. Add slightly cooled margarine.
Beat well. Add dry ingredients; mix well.
Chill at least 1 hour.
Roll dough into walnut size balls into sugar. Lightly press down. (May
add coarse grain
sugar on top)
Bake at 375 for 7-10 minutes.
