- (125 mL) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 6 hamburger bunhamburger buns

Step 1
Form burger mixture into 12 patties. Combine Cheddar and onion; sprinkle over 6 of the patties, leaving 1/4-inch (5 mm) border. Place remaining patties on top; press edges together to seal. Place on greased grill over medium-high heat; cook for 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink inside. Sandwich in buns
