Ingredients

CARAMEL:
CARAMEL POPCORN MIX
6 c. popcorn popped
1/2 c. cocktail peanuts
2 c. Cheerios
2 c. Corn Chex
1/2 c. butter
1 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. light Karo syrup
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

1) Melt 1/2 cup butter. Add 1 cup light brown sugar and 1/4 cup light Karo syrup. Boil 5 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat and add 1/4 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

2) Mix first four ingredients. Mix with caramel topping. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Turn every 20 minutes.
