Ingredients
- 1 can (14 ox) artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
- 1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients until well blended.
Spoon into a 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish.
Bake 20 minutes or until heated through.
Serve with crackers or vegetables.
