Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

• Crust:
• 1 1/4 Cups Chocolate Cookie Crumbs
• 1/4 Cup Sugar
• 1/4 Cup melted butter
• Filling:
• 1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
• 1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
• 1 Cup Sugar
• 1 Tbs. Softened Butter
• 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
• 1 Cup Heavy Cream, Whipped

Preparation

Step 1

Combine crust ingredients and press into pie pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool.

In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, butter and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream

Top with grated or shave chocolate or chocolate cookie crumbs
