Ingredients
- 1 cup cake flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup hot milk
- 2 egg whites "stiffly beaten"

Preparation
Step 1
Heat milk to boiling and pour gradually over flour, sugar, baking powder mixture stirring carefully until smooth.
When cool, add vanilla.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Turn into an unbuttered small 11 x 7 inch pan.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
Cool and cut into desired shape.
Frost with powdered sugar frosting.
Roll in crushed peanuts. (Dorothy uses ones with red skins on in a can).
