Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg and salt; shape into meatballs. The recipe makes 28 meatballs using the small meatball press. In frying pan, brown meatballs on all sides; pour off fat. Mix soup, water and parsley, pour over meatballs. Cover; cook over low heat 20 minutes, stir occasionally. Remove meatballs to serving dish, increase heat and simmer uncovered until gravy is of desired consistency.
