Ingredients

  • On the stove combine:
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can white beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can shoepeg corn
  • 1 red pepper chopped
  • 1 can jalapenos, diced or fresh peppers
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup apple cide vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Heat to boil until sugar dissolves.

Cool and add to bean mixture.

Let marinate overnite.

Serve with Mission chips.
