Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup of flour
- 1 ½ teaspoon of baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup of butter
- ½ cup of sugar
- 1 egg yellow slightly beaten
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
2. Cream the butter adding gradually the sugar and beat well after each addition.
3. Incorporate the egg yellow.
4. Add dry ingredients alternating with the milk and the vanilla.
5. Refrigerate.
6. Roll the mixture to ¼ on a lightly floured surface and cut to desired patterns.
7. Bake at 375 on a non-greased cookie sheet from 8-10 minutes.
