Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1- 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 whole dried red pepper
- 1 yellow summer squash, sliced
- 1 medium onion, halved and sliced
- 1/2 red bell , sliced
- 1/2 lb. brocccoli, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted

Step 1
In small bowl, mix broth, ginger, soy sauce and cornstarch; set aside. In large skillet or wok, heat vegetable and sesame oils and saute dried pepper for 1 minute over medium-high heat. Add squash, onion, pepper, broccoli, mushrooms and garlic. Stir fry until crisp-tender. Pour in broth mixture, and cook until thickened. Remove dried red pepper. Sprinkle with sesame seed and serve immediately.
