Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb chicken breast (no skin)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Chopped spring onions to garnish

Step 1
Slice chicken into 1 inch slices, and heat large non-stick pan with olive oil. Fry chicken for 4-5 minutes so it’s almost cooked through. Add onion for 2 minutes and garlic. Toss and cook for a minute, and add all remaining ingredients on high heat. Cook quickly until all the sauce is caramelized.
