Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 cups crushed tortilla chips
  • 1 can (15 ounce) beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Coat 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.

Transfer to baking dish; top with 1 cup salsa and 1 cup shredded cheese.

Cover with foil. Bake 25 minutes. Uncover; bake until lightly browned, 10 minutes. If desired, top with additional sour cream.
