Ingredients

  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1/3 pound bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup wild rice (soak overnight)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 4-ounce can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 cup milk

Step 1

Sauté hamburger, bacon, celery, and onion for about 10 minutes, or until hamburger is browned.

Add rice, soups, mushrooms and milk. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole and bake in 350 degree oven for one hour.
