Ingredients

  • 1 c brown sauce
  • 1/2 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 T onion, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 oz cruched black peppercorn
  • 2 oz dry red wine
  • 1 oz butter

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in skillet, add garlic and then onion to brown. Add crushed peppercorn to fry. Stir contantly to prevent burning, and fry over low heat until peppercorns get thoroughly coated. Add red wine. Then add cup of brown sauce. Bring to a boil and then simmer until sauce reaches the consistency of heavy cream. Add chopped parsley. Set aside for later use.
