Manchurian Sauce

By

This sauce can be used in many ways: as a marinade, a dip for crepes or vegetables, or as a base for salad dressings, sauces, soups, stir-fried vegetables, cooked grains, and noodles. It will last in the refrigerator for up to 10 days, although the green onions will lose some of their texture and color.
