Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked split peas
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup raw chopped cashew nuts
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 tsp Accent seasoning mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp brewer's yeast, optional
- 1 tbsp sweet basil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Step 1
Have the split peas cooked quite dry and thick, as they are used to bind this roast together. Combine and mix well all the ingredients. Pour into greased casserole and bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
