Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground turkey
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups colby / monetary jack cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (opt.)

Preparation

Step 1

*Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl, mix the turkey, milk, bread crumbs, and eggs by hand. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Fold the cheese into the mixture. Transfer to loaf pan. (I like to add toasted bread to the bottom of my pan to help soak up any grease.) Add ketchup if desired to the top (I usually just top a bit more cheese instead.)

Bake 1 hour or until cook thru
