Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 3 Lg. Onions, sliced
- 1 tsp. Herbes De Provence
- Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- 1 Can Store Bought Pizza Dough
- 1 C. Crumbled Goat Cheese
- 4 Slices Prosciutto, torn into sm. pieces
- 2 Tbsp. Italian Flat-Leaf Parsley, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil in non-stick skillet over med-heat. Add onions, sugar & herbes de provence; toss & cook till golden brown. Meanwhile, roll out pizza dough. Take a 21/2-in. cookie cutter, make several small circles & place on greased cookie sheet or parchment paper. Top with carmelized onion & crumbled goat cheese. Bake at 475 for 10 min. Remove from oven, place on serving platter, top with pieces of prosciutto & parsley. Serve.
