Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (2 layer size) yellow cake mix
- 7 oz. pkg. bakers angel flake coconut, divided
- 1 & 1/4 cup milk, divided
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) jello coconut cream flavor instant pudding mix
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) jello vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 8 oz. tub cool whip, thawed

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Prepare cake batter as directed on package. Add to batter 2/3 cup coconut, 1/4 cup milk, and dry coconut pudding mix. Pour batter into 2 - 9 inch greased and floured round pans. Bake 30 minutes. Let cool completely.
For the icing mix 1 cup milk, powdered sugar, vanilla pudding. Then add the cool whip. Frost cooled cake and top with remaining coconut! Keep refrigerated.
