Ingredients

  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1/3 cup peanut oil
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp dry mustard
  • Dash of salt and pepper
  • 1 pound beef tenderloin or flank steak

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together red wine, oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and salt and pepper to taste. Set aside 1/3 cup marinade, cover and chill.
In a large shallow dish, place beef (and any vegetables, such as, yellow bell peppers, red onion, cherry tomatoes) in a single layer and pour remaining marinade over top.
Cover and chill for 2 to 4 hours, turning meat occasionally.
Heat grill to high. Grill to desired doneness; brush with reserved marinade and turn halfway thru grilling process.
