Ingredients
- SALAD:
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Combination of arugula and romaine lettuce
- 2 avocado
- 1 large ruby red grapefruit sectioned
- 1 cup snow peas
- DRESSING:
- 1/4 cup grapefruit juice
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 minced cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp dill weed

Preparation
Step 1
Mix lettuce and vegetables in 4 plates.
Mix ingredients for dressing - put in fridge.
Cook salmon.
Put warm cooked salmon on lettuce and veggies. Pour dressing over salad just before serving
