Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can cream corn, rinse with 1/2 can milk and add to mixture
  • 2 TBS flour
  • 4 TBS sugar
  • 1 stick plus 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers

Preparation

Step 1

Stir all ingredients, EXCEPT butter and crackers, together. Place in baking dish sprayed with PAM. Stir in several pats of butter from the half stick of butter. Melt stick of butter and crumble 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers into it, mixing well. Spread cracker mixture on top. Bake at 300F for 1 hour or until brown on top.
