Ingredients

  • Sugar mixture:
  • 2 c. GF Pantry French Bread & Pizza mix
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c oil
  • 1 tsp GF vanilla
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 tsp cocoa
  • 1/2 c pecans
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 c chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

mix all ingredients for batter together, and beat for 5 minutes.

mix together sugar mixture.

Preheat oven to 350*. Sprinkle half of sugar mix into a greased 10 cup bundt pan. Pour half of batter over sugar mixture, then sprinkle in remaining sugar mixture. Add rest of the batter on top. Bake 45 minutes, or until toothpick is clean.
