Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 2 c flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • choice of friut
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 T flour
  • powdered sugar miixed with water

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter with sugar. Add eggs and milk. Stir in flour and baking powder. Spread in greased jellyroll pan. Placed sliced peaches or other fruit over dough. Blend topping with pastry blender. Sprinkle over coffee cake. Bake at 375 for 30 mins.

When cool, drizzle with powdered sugar mixed with water.
