Ingredients

  • 1 lg. can tomato puree
  • 1 lg. can tomato sauce
  • 1 sm. can tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 -2 lb. ground beef
  • 2-2 1/2 lg. bags pizza cheese
  • 5 beef bouillon cubes
  • 12 Lasagna noodles
  • 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 med. onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped

Step 1

Brown beef, add onion & garlic. Cook till onion is glazed. Add puree, sauce, paste, bouillon cubes, and Italian seasoning. Simmer 1 hour. Cook your noodles till not quite done. Rinse w/ cold water. Pat dry w/ towel.

Spray bottom of 9x13 pan. Lay down 4 noodles. Layer cheese about 1 1/2 cups or so, then sauce, then again 4 noodles, cheese, sauce, and again 4 noodles, cheese, & sauce.

Cover w/ foil. Bake at 375 for 1 hour.
