Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 T. cinnamon
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 t. baking soda
  • 20 ounces frozen strawberries,
  • thawed and drained
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 1/4 cups oil
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first four ingredients and set aside. Combine oil, eggs, and sugar. Mix well. Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed mixture until all ingredients are moistened. Stir in strawberries and pecans. Spoon mixture into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 minutes. Remove to wire rack and cool completely.
