Taco Dippers

Ingredients

• 1 T. oil
• 1 pkg. taco seasoning
• 1/2 pound ground beef
• 1 pkg. refrigerated pizza crust
• 12 mozzarella string cheese sticks
• 1 (16 oz.) jar salsa

Preparation

Step 1

Combine oil with 1 tsp. seasoning. Set aside.
In saucepan, heat salsa and 1 tsp. seasoning. Set aside.
In skillet, brown ground beef with remaining seasoning and drain.
Roll pizza crust into a rectangle. Cut in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 6 strips. Arrange 1 T. beef mixture and 1 cheese stick down center of each piece. Fold edges over, then pinch to seal tightly.
Arrange dippers on greased baking sheet, seam side down. Brush tops with oil mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden. Serve with salsa.
