Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 2 1/2 C crushed pretzels
- 3 tbs powdered sugar
- 3/4 C butter
- FILLING:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 C sugar
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- TOPPING: 1 can crushed pineapple; 2tbs cornstarch
- 8 oz. Cool Whip

Preparation
Step 1
Crust:
Mix crust ingredients together and press into a 13 x 9 inch pan.
Filling:
Cream sugar and cream cheese together until mixed well, about 3-5 minutes. Fold in cool whip and pour over crust.
Topping:
Cook filling ingredients on stove until thickened. Cool and pour over filling.
Spread 8 oz. Cool Whip over top.
