Ingredients

  • 8 sheets fillo dough
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • shaker of sugar and cinnamon
  • honey
  • sugar or Stevia
  • 1 cup fat free Greek yogart
  • 1 cup thinly sliced strawberries and whole blueberries or other assorted fruits
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam

Preparation

Step 1

1- Pr-heat oven to 350f
2-Melt butter and coat the wells of a cupcake pan (no paper or cupcake holder)
3- Cut fillo dough into squares that will fill the wells and lap the tops
4- Coat each layer with melted butter and use 4 layers for each well (press gently into the edges of the cupcake pan), sprinkle with cinnamon sugar
5- Bake 3-5 minutes WATCH CLOSELY this will go from raw to burned in the blink of an eye
6- While cups are cooking mix yogart, honey and sugar/Stevia
7- Mix equal parts strawberry jam, sugar and water and simmer until well mixed and just start to thicken
8- Mix enough honey to coat
7- Remove baked cups from oven and cool for 10 minutes
8- Fill cooled cups with fruit and drizzle with strawberry jam glaze
9- Top with yogart mixture
