• 1 large can Ortega Roasted Chilies plus 2 small
• cans
• 1 1/2 blocks pepper jack cheese
• 6 large eggs -- may use 7
• 1 1/2 cups sour cream
• 1 small can jalapeno chopped chili

Preparation

Step 1

Alternate layers of chilis,. cheese and jalapeno until gone.

Beat eggs, then fold in sour cream until smooth

Pour mixture over casserole and bake in center rack 400 degrees for 45
minutes, until golden brown.
