Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped scallions
- 3 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 dozen littleneck clams
- 1 can, 1 lb. 12oz. tomatoes
- 1 8oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 cup dry red wine
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 2 teasp. salt
- 1/2 teasp. oregano
- 1/4 teasp basil leaves
- 1/4 teasp pepper
- 1 lb. fresh cod
- 3/4 lb. fresh striped bsass
- 1/2 lb small frozen rock lobster tails.

Preparation
Step 1
1. In hotr oil in dutch oven saute onion, green onion, and garlic, stirring occasionally until onion is golden, about 10 mins.
2. open clams and reaerve liquid
3. Add clam liquid, tomatoes, tomato sauce wine and parsley. Add salt oregano basil leaves, pepper and 1 cup of water to vegetables.
4. Bring to boiling simmer 30 mins.
5. Cut bass and cod into small pieces.
6. Add fish unthawed lobster tails in shell and clams to veg. mexture. Simmer 30 mins.
