Ingredients
- 2 lbs. peeled ukon gold potatoes cut into 1 inch pieces
- 5 garlic cloves peeled
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup fat free sour cream
- 1/2 teasp. salt
- 1/8 teasp white pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Place potatoes and garlic in saucepan. Cover with water and bring to boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for 15 mins. and drain. Return to pan and mash.
Heat milk and sour cream until warm, stirring constantly. Add to mashed potatoes
