Beefy Ranch Stronganoff (FF)

Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon ranch salad dressing mix, dry (do not make as directed on package)
- 4 cups no yolk noodle
- 2 (12-ounce) cans 98% fat-free roast beef with gravy (Hormel)
- 1 (7-ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/4 cup fat-free Ranch salad dressing

Preparation
Step 1
In a 12 inch nonstick saucepan over high heat, bring water and the ranch salad dressing mix to a boil.
Stir the noodles into the boiling water. Return to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium and simmer.
Cover and cook for 8 minutes, or until the pasta is tender.
Turn off the heat and sir in the roast beef, mushrooms, and 1/4 cup salad dressing. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes to heat.
Spread the remaining ranch salad dressing over the cooked paste. Cover and continue to let sit on the warm burner until ready to serve
