Ramen Salad

I would have to say this is one of my very favorite salads. I crave the flavors and the crunch of this salad often.

Ingredients
- DRESSING:
- 1 small head of cabbage, shredded
- 4 green onion, sliced
- 1 package Ramen noodles, crushed/uncooked
- 3 Tbs sesame seeds, toasted
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- in a small amount of oil over medium heat
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 Tbs white vinegar
- 3 Tbs sugar
- Flavor packet from noodles

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a bowl, combine the cabbage, green onion and crushed Ramen noodles. Lightly saute' sesame seeds and slivered almonds in a small amount of oil in a small pan. Mix the olive oil, white vinegar, sugar and flavor packet from noodles together and pour over cabbage mixture. Salt to taste. Chill before serving.
