Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup chopped toasted pecans
  • 2 t. grated onion
  • 1 (8 ounce) block sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (8 ounce) block sharp Gruyere cheese, shredded
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimiento, drained

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, pecans, onion, and hot sauce. Stir in cheese; gently stir in pimientos. Store in frig for 1 week.

You can substitute Swiss cheese, shredde3d, for the Gruyere cheese, if desired.
