Ingredients
- sauce- 3/4 cup water
- 2 Tbs rice vinegar
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbs cornstarch
- 3 Tbs ketchup
- dash soy sauce
- Batter for chicken
- 2 chicken breast, thawed and cubed
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 3 About 3 cups oil for frying

Preparation
Step 1
Sauce- Mix the ingredients in pan, stir until it reaches a full boil and thickened
Chicken- Sprinkle salt over cuber chicken. Mix the remaining ingredients and dip chicken in batter to coat and fry. Pour sauce over chicken. Serve w/stir fry veggies and rice.
