Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 3 tbsp. sherry
- 2 c. cooked chicken
- 2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 15 prepared crepes

Preparation
Step 1
Cook mushrooms and onion in butter. Stir in flour, add milk, chicken bouillon, Italian seasoning, and pepper. Bring to boil. Stir in sour cream, sherry. Set aside 1 c. of sauce.
Add cooked chicken and parsley to remaining sauce. Spoon filling onto prepared crepes. Roll and drizzle with remaining sauce.
