Apple Pie in a Bag

"I tell you, this is the best pie ever-just make sure you do not peek!"

Ingredients

• Pie:
• 6 large apples, sliced
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tab;espoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 tablespoon flour
• Topping:
• 1 stick butter, softened
• 1/2 cup flour
• 3/4 cup sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Pie:
1. Mix ingredients together and put into your favorite
pie shell-unbaked

Topping:
Mix together and crumble over top of pie

Place in brown grocery bag and staple shut
Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees
DO NOT PEEK until done!
