Ingredients
- 1 2 1/2 pound bag hash browns
- 2 cups diced ham
- 1/2 cupdiced onion
- 1/2 cup diced green pepper
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 12 eggs
- 1 cup milk

Preparation
Step 1
1. Layer 1/3 of potatoes, ham, onion, green peppers
and cheese into the bottom of a 6 quart or larger
slow cooker lightly sprayed with vegetable oil
2. Repaest with remaining two layers
3. Beat together eggs and milk
4. Pour mixture over the layers and cook on low 8-10
hours or overnight
